Description
Raw Snow Gum Honey is a lovely light amber colour with warm and subtle flavours of caramel and floral notes. It has a pleasant medium sweetness with a slight aftertaste and is smooth, clear and dense. This fine honey is especially useful in Baking, cooking and marinades. Snow Gum grows at high altitude in the Australian Alps. It is the last gum to be seen at this altitude and is a small gnarly tree to be able to live in this extreme environment. Due to its environment it is a rather rare honey.
