Yellowbox Honey

Yellow Box Raw honey or Eucalyptus melliodora is a medium sized tree found mainly in the central table lands of NSW. It is a dense light but famously tasty honey with a bitey after taste on the tongue. It is one of the main raw seasonal honeys in our bees forage for. It is a very difficult honey to predict whether it will flower, then give nectar. So get in quick when you see it.
