White Box Raw Honey

White Box or Eucalyptus albens is a medium sized tree mainly found on the Western Slopes of NSW. It is a major reliable source of honey in NSW. It may flower in late winter or early spring so is very important to beekeepers at this time of dearth or poor floral food supplies. It is a light, dense and flavorsome honey and one of the nicest raw seasonal honeys. We dont get this honey very often.
