We currently ship exclusively within Australia, utilizing Australia Post as our delivery service provider. Customers can choose from two available shipping options:

• Economy Shipping: A budget-friendly option that offers reliable service at a lower cost.
• Express Shipping: A faster service for those who wish to receive their orders sooner.

The shipping rate will be calculated based on your selected option at checkout. Rates are determined by Australia Post’s postal cost calculator, considering factors such as the weight, size, and destination of the parcel.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 5 working days from the order date. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option chosen:

• Economy Shipping typically takes 3-7 working days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays with Australia Post, especially during peak periods or public holidays.
