White Box Honey is a lovely light amber colour with warm and subtle flavours of caramel. It has a pleasant medium sweetness with a slight aftertaste and is smooth, clear and slow to crystallise.
Raw Stringy Bark honey is a raw, dense, dark and stronger honey with eucalypt and toffee flavours. It is a giant tree growing on the tablelands of south N.S.W. Excellent for eating with breads, in marinades and cooking with. This honey comes from the beekeeper and is a favourite.
