3kg – Raw Natural Yellow box Bee Honey

This fine Raw unprocessed honey comes fresh from the Yellow box forests in central New South Wales. It is a famous thick tasty and much sought after Australian honey. Will not readily candy and is mainly used as eating rather than Tea honey because of its stronger flavour.
May not be available all the time as it may not flower and bud up each year. It depends upon conditions in the forests. It has a low GI of 35.
